Why Allie made it
Allie originally designed this bar for martial artists, then realized everyday warriors could use a brisk shower bar too. The name reflects discipline and focus; the formula answers with a long, herbaceous essential-oil list and charcoal-rich color.
What it feels and smells like
The scent opens minty and herbal, with citrus and earthy notes underneath. Madder root, iron oxide, charcoal, and black oxide create the black-and-red visual character. The oil-and-butter base includes sunflower, coconut, palm kernel, avocado, almond, MCT oil, and mango seed butter.
